RallyComm (“we”) provides an Android rally-communications app, account, billing, and optional live tracking. This policy describes the information we collect and how we use it. Contact [email protected].
Information we collect
Account data: name, email, and password (hashed by our auth provider). Billing data: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, and licensed seat quantity — we do not store full card numbers. App data: a stable device identifier used to license a car phone, optional device label, Zello Work network and username, and (when you save them) Zello credentials used only to connect radio. Pro Plus tracking may include GPS breadcrumbs, public-page design, camera stream URLs you paste, and a GPX course you upload.
How we use it
We use this information to create your account, take payment, gate the Android app, bind a license to a phone, connect Zello Work, operate public tracking pages you enable, and provide support. We do not sell personal information.
Processors
Neon hosts authentication and application data. Stripe processes payments. This website and API run on RallyComm’s self-hosted Docker server. Cloudflare hosts public spectator pages and the tunnel to auth. Voice traffic on Zello Work (BYO) is processed by Zello under your Zello network agreement; RallyComm PTT media is processed by RallyComm’s PTT stack.
Retention
We keep account, entitlement, and license records while the account is active and as needed for billing, abuse prevention, and legal obligations. You can sign out of the app, release a phone license from Settings, and email support to close an account.
Location
Location ping and breadcrumb tracking are plan features you opt into by subscribing and using those tools in the car. Public pages show what you configure. Do not publish a page if you do not want spectators to see that trail.
Children
RallyComm is not directed at children under 13.
